Terms and Conditions for Love Wings

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Love Wings ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Love Wings is a modern dating app designed to help you find meaningful connections. Whether you're looking for friendship, romance, or something casual, we bring people together based on shared interests, hobbies, and authentic connections.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use Love Wings:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You must not have been previously banned from the App
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You can create an account using third-party authentication services (Google or Apple). By using these services, you also agree to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

4. User Profiles and Content

You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or share through the App, including:

• Profile photos (up to 6 photos)
• Bio and personal information
• Messages sent to other users
• Any other content you share

You retain ownership of the content you create and share. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute your content within the App and for the operation of our services.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your photos accurately represent you

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree NOT to upload, post, share, or engage in any of the following:

• Illegal Content: Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise objectionable
• False Information: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information about yourself, including age, photos, or personal details
• Inappropriate Content: Nudity, sexually explicit content, or content that is offensive or inappropriate
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
• Child Endangerment: Any behavior that endangers minors, including grooming, solicitation, inappropriate contact with minors, or attempting to contact users who are under 18 years of age
• Age Misrepresentation: Creating accounts with false age information, representing yourself as a minor when you are not, or representing yourself as an adult when you are a minor
• Spam or Solicitation: Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or engaging in commercial solicitation
• Harassment: Harassing, stalking, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Impersonation: Impersonating another person, entity, or creating fake profiles
• Fraud: Engaging in any fraudulent activity or attempting to defraud other users
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the App, other users' accounts, or our systems
• Data Mining: Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the App
• Violation of Rights: Content that violates any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others

Reporting Violations: You can report users or content that violates these Terms, including child safety concerns, directly from within the app using our in-app reporting mechanism. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action, including account termination and reporting to law enforcement when necessary.

6. Matching and Communication Features

Love Wings provides various matching features:

• Location-Based Matching: Find people nearby based on your location (when location services are enabled)
• AI Matching: Use our AI-powered matching system to find compatible matches based on your preferences
• Like/Match System: Express interest in other users and receive matches when there's mutual interest
• Messaging: Communicate with users you've matched with

You understand that:

• Matches are based on user preferences and location, and we do not guarantee compatibility or successful connections
• You can unmatch with other users at any time
• Other users may unmatch with you, which will end your ability to communicate
• We are not responsible for the content of messages sent between users
• You should use caution when sharing personal information with other users

7. Premium Features and Subscriptions

Love Wings offers premium subscription features, including but not limited to:

• See who liked your profile
• Unlimited likes
• Advanced filtering options
• Instant matches
• Other exclusive features

By purchasing a premium subscription:

• You agree to pay the subscription fee as displayed at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled through your device's subscription settings
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with reasonable notice
• Premium features are subject to availability and may change over time

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings.

8. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). By making a payment:

• You acknowledge that you are authorized to use the payment method provided
• You agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor
• You understand that all purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• You confirm that you have read and agreed to any applicable Refund Policy
• For recurring payments, by selecting auto-pay, you authorize automatic charges for each billing cycle
• You can cancel automatic payments at any time through your device's subscription settings

9. Location Services

Love Wings uses location services to provide location-based matching features. By enabling location services:

• You consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy
• You understand that disabling location services may limit certain features of the App
• You can enable or disable location services through your device settings at any time

10. Account Termination and Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the App settings. When you delete your account:

• Your profile and all associated content will be removed from our active database
• Your matches and conversations will be deleted
• Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Inactive Accounts: If you don't log in for 30 days, your account may be automatically deleted as part of our inactive account policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
• You harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• You provide false information or impersonate others
• We determine, in our sole discretion, that your account poses a risk to other users or our service

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated content and data.

11. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, design, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property are owned by Love Wings and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or logos without our written permission

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Authentication services (Google, Apple)
• Payment processors
• Analytics services
• Other third-party services

We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services
• Any transactions between you and third-party service providers
• Any issues arising from your use of third-party services

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or quality of matches or connections

We do not guarantee:

• That you will find matches or make connections
• The accuracy or completeness of user profiles
• The compatibility or behavior of other users
• The success of any relationships formed through the App

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Damages resulting from interactions with other users, including but not limited to:
• Personal injury or harm
• Financial loss or fraud
• Emotional distress
• Stalking or harassment

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER ON OR OFF THE APP.

YOU AGREE TO TAKE REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS WHEN MEETING OTHER USERS IN PERSON AND UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MEETINGS OR RELATIONSHIPS THAT RESULT FROM USING THE APP.

15. Safety and User Responsibility

Your safety is important to us. However, you are ultimately responsible for your safety when using the App. We strongly recommend that you:

• Never share financial information or send money to other users
• Meet in public places when meeting other users in person
• Tell a friend or family member about your plans when meeting someone
• Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior
• Report users who violate our Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct directly from within the app using our in-app reporting feature
• Report child safety concerns, suspicious behavior involving minors, or inappropriate content immediately through the app's reporting mechanism
• Use caution when sharing personal information, including your address, workplace, or daily routine

If you feel unsafe or experience harassment, please contact local authorities immediately and report the user through the App. For child safety concerns, please use our in-app reporting feature or visit our Child Safety Compliance page.

15.1. Child Safety Compliance

Love Wings complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, Apple App Store's child safety requirements, and all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

We provide an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report child safety concerns, suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or potential violations of our child safety policies. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, including account suspension, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement when necessary.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Love Wings, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another user or third party
• Your content or conduct on the App

17. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue the App or any features at any time
• Change subscription prices or features with reasonable notice
• Implement new features or remove existing features
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service

We are not obligated to provide any specific features or maintain the App in any particular form.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Terms on this page
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending notifications through the App or via email (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws
• If arbitration is not available or permitted, in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Love Wings regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

22. Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

• You understand the risks associated with online dating and meeting people through the App

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App and delete your account if you have created one.
