I want to report inappropriate behavior
Your safety is our priority. If you encounter any harassment, spam, or inappropriate behavior from other users, please report it directly from within the app using our in-app reporting feature, or email us immediately at developer@treebills.com with details. We take all reports seriously.
I need to report a child safety concern
If you encounter any content or behavior that raises child safety concerns, please report it immediately through the app's in-app reporting feature. You can also visit our Child Safety Compliance page for more information and contact details. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, and all reports are handled with the highest priority.
I have questions about Premium features
For questions about Premium subscriptions, billing, or feature access, please contact us at developer@treebills.com. Include your account email and any relevant subscription details.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days. For urgent safety concerns, please contact local authorities immediately.
Account Deletion
If you want to delete your account, you can do so directly in the app settings. If you encounter any issues with account deletion, please contact us at developer@treebills.com.
Note: If you don't log in for 30 days, your account may be automatically deleted as part of our inactive account policy.
