Our Commitment to Child Safety
Love Wings is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store's child safety requirements.
Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Love Wings explicitly prohibits:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.
- Child Endangerment: Any behavior that endangers minors, including grooming, solicitation, or inappropriate contact with minors, is strictly prohibited.
- Age Misrepresentation: Users must be 18 years or older. Creating accounts with false age information or attempting to contact minors is strictly prohibited.
- Inappropriate Content Involving Minors: Any content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way is strictly prohibited.
Our Child Safety Practices
Love Wings implements comprehensive measures to prevent and address child safety violations:
- Age Verification: We require users to be at least 18 years of age and verify age during account creation.
- Content Moderation: We actively monitor and review user-generated content, including profiles, photos, and messages, to detect and remove any prohibited content.
- Automated Detection: We use automated systems and technologies to detect and flag potential CSAM or child endangerment content.
- User Reporting: Users can report suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or potential child safety violations directly from within the app.
- Rapid Response: All reports of child safety violations are immediately reviewed and escalated to our Child Safety Point of Contact.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and report suspected child safety violations to appropriate authorities.
- Account Termination: Any user found to be in violation of our child safety policies will have their account immediately terminated and may be reported to law enforcement.
In-App Reporting Mechanism
Love Wings provides multiple ways for users to report child safety concerns:
- In-App Reporting: Users can report suspicious behavior, inappropriate content, or potential child safety violations directly from within the app through our reporting feature.
- Profile Reporting: Users can report profiles that appear to be underage or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
- Message Reporting: Users can report inappropriate messages or conversations that raise child safety concerns.
- Direct Contact: Users can also contact our Child Safety Point of Contact directly using the contact information provided below.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken, including account suspension, content removal, and reporting to law enforcement when necessary.
CSAM Prevention and Response
Love Wings has established procedures for preventing and responding to CSAM:
- Prevention: We use automated content detection, age verification, and user education to prevent CSAM from appearing on our platform.
- Detection: We employ both automated systems and human review to detect potential CSAM or child endangerment content.
- Response: When CSAM or child endangerment is detected, we immediately remove the content, terminate the account, preserve evidence, and report to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authorities in your jurisdiction.
- Cooperation: We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations and provide necessary information to assist in prosecuting offenders.
Important: If you encounter content that you believe involves child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately through the app's reporting feature or contact our Child Safety Point of Contact. You may also report directly to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) at cybertipline.org.

Love Wings complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Laws prohibiting the production, distribution, or possession of child sexual abuse material
- Laws protecting minors from online exploitation and grooming
- Age verification and age restriction requirements
- Reporting obligations to law enforcement and child protection authorities
- Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy
- Apple App Store's child safety requirements and guidelines

User Responsibilities
As a user of Love Wings, you have a responsibility to:
- Ensure you are at least 18 years of age
- Report any suspicious behavior or content that may involve child safety concerns
- Never share or upload content involving minors
- Never attempt to contact or interact with minors through the app
- Cooperate with our safety measures and reporting processes
Updates to This Policy
We may update our Child Safety Compliance information from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or industry standards. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, when appropriate, through in-app notifications.
